Application Process
The Krayon Journey
Applications Open
Once applications open, complete the online form and provide all requested information, including your portfolio, social media links, and examples of your products. We encourage you to take your time and showcase what makes your work unique.
Application Review
Once applications close, our team will carefully review every submission. We consider a range of factors, including product quality, presentation, originality, variety, and how each artist contributes to creating a balanced and diverse event experience.
Outcome Notifications
All applicants will receive an email notifying them of the outcome of their application, regardless of whether they have been accepted or not.
Stall Confirmation
To secure your stall at KRAYON Art Markets, successful applicants must complete and provide required documentation.
Artist Announcements
Once artists have confirmed their participation, we'll begin revealing our official KRAYON Artist Line Up across our website and socials. Follow along as we introduce the talented artists joining us!

In the weeks before KRAYON Art Markets, you'll be able to access the Resource Hub containing everything you need for event day.
