Application Process
The Krayon Journey
Applications Open
Once applications open, complete the online form and provide all requested information, including social media links, menu, examples of your products, and required food safety details. We encourage you to take your time and showcase what makes your brand unique.
Application Review
Once applications close, our team will carefully review every submission. We consider a range of factors, including product quality, presentation, originality, variety, and how each vendor contributes to creating a balanced and diverse event experience.
Outcome Notifications
All applicants will receive an email notifying them of the outcome of their application, regardless of whether they have been accepted or not.
Stall Confirmation
To secure your stall at KRAYON Art Markets, successful applicants must complete and provide required documentation.
Food Vendor Announcements
Once food vendors have confirmed their participation, we'll begin revealing our official KRAYON Food Vendor Line Up across our website and socials. Follow along as we introduce the brands joining us!
