Whether you're preparing your first market stall, or you're an experienced artist, this hub is here to support you through any questions you may have!

Hello KRAYON creatives! Thank you so much for being a part of KRAYON Art Market 2026! We're so excited to have you all join us for our debut event!
We created this hub to help guide you through everything you might need leading up to the event, and so that you can easily find what you're looking for as you prepare!
We'll continue adding updates as we get closer to the event, so feel free to pop back anytime.
🗓️ Key Dates

- Location: Meat Market, 3 Blackwood St (Entry via Courtney St)
🚗 Bump In
There are two available options for bump-in and set up:
- Friday 20th November between 2PM–5PM
- Saturday 21st November from 8AM
Artists are free to bump-in on both the Friday and Saturday if you require the full allocation of time. You're also free to bump-in on just the Saturday morning if you don't require additional time.
🏠 Access
- Friday 20th November (2PM – 5PM)
- Saturday 21st November (8AM – 4:30PM)
- Sunday 22nd November (9AM – 8PM)

- Location: 3 Blackwood St, North Melbourne, VIC 3051
Entry/Exits
Artists can enter via:
- Blackwood St
- Courtney St (The Garden)
For artists carrying alot, we recommend the entry via 3 Blackwood St (See Photo 1b), as it is more spacious. However, there are cobblestones via that entry. If you would like to enter via Courtney St (See Photo 1a), there is a ramp available to pull your luggage onto.
Photo 1a: Main entry for attendees (Courtney St/Meat Market Garden). Artists are free to use this as an entry during bump-in if you are not carrying alot. Otherwise, we recommend the entry via 3 Blackwood St (See Photo 1b).
Photo 1b: Main exit for attendees (3 Blackwood St). Artists are free to use this as an entry during bump-in.

🚦 Transportation
Trams
The nearest tram stops are:
- Tram 19 & 59 – Haymarket/Royal Melbourne Hospital (Approximately a 5–10 minute walk)
- Tram 57 – William/Elizabeth St (Approximately an 8-minute walk)
Train
The venue is nearby several train stations which you may either walk or tram from:
- Flagstaff Station (Approximately 15 minutes)
- Melbourne Central Station (Approximately 15 minutes)
- Arden Station (Approximately 15 minutes)
Parking
There is limited metered and timed on-street parking available around Blackwood St and the surrounding area. Paid parking is also available at nearby hospital and commercial car parks. As parking can fill quickly, we recommend allowing extra time if you plan to drive.

💫 Event Day
If there is an emergency, or if you need any help such as getting access, feel free to contact one of our staff directly via mobile. Emergency contact details have been provided to all artists via email.
Artist Pack
On the day of the event (Saturday 21st November), the KRAYON team will be providing an artist pack which will include:
- Lanyard
- Free stickers!
- Sticker rally card + rally stickers
We will also have staff and volunteers on the day providing water and snacks if needed. You're also free to drop by the staff area for more water or snacks if you'd like! (Just make sure you bring your lanyard with you so know you're an exhibiting artist!).
Artist Rest Area
If you ever feel like you need a break or a quiet area, feel free to drop by the staff area. We will have a closed off area that you can use to rest.

🎟️ Tickets
As a KRAYON artist, you won't need to purchase your own ticket or your helper's ticket (If you plan on having a helper for your stall).
You'll also receive two complimentary tickets to share with your friends and family!
Your unique ticket code will be sent to you via email, which you can use to access your complimentary tickets through Humanitix. We'd love for you to bring along the people who support your creative journey and share the KRAYON experience with them!
